Gstaad Palace Launches New Palace-Style Boot Camp
In cooperation with Martin Horn, brother of legendary extreme athlete and adventurer Mike Horn, the summer boot camp is designed for luxury guests to get fit outdoors while surrounded by the beautiful Swiss Alps and natural landscape.

"Boot camps have been part of the fitness scene in English-speaking countries for some time now, and we have realized the importance of joining and leading this trend to fire our guests' passions," said Andrea Scherz, General Manager and owner of Gstaad Palace. "Through Martin Horn, brother of legendary extreme athlete and adventurer Mike Horn, we aim to provide a 'next-level' offering of luxury and fitness through these adrenaline-loaded weeks. This combination of hard training and the luxury experience of our 100-year-old house is undeniably unique."

The Palace-Style Boot Camp offers guests a daily five-hour program that will meet a wide variety of fitness levels and personal training goals. Guests will participate in an initial fitness test and then receive a diet and nutrition plan tailored to their individual needs. The boot camp will be outdoors amid the magnificent natural beauty of the Bernese Alps and include exciting activities such as hiking, climbing, mountain biking, and whitewater rafting. The goals of the boot camp are to get guests out of their comfort zone and to challenge and encourage participants and thus harmonize body and mind.
