The Beau Rivage Palace marked its 150th anniversary last year. In 2000 it underwent a $74 million renovation and in December 2005 the Cinq Mondes Spa opened. Le Miyako Lausanne, a gourmet sushi restaurant overlooking Lake Geneva, opened last September.
