LUXURY BEACH RESORT • 210 SUITES & 28 POOL CASITAS
NEW! Marquis Los Cabos is offering guests use of its new 80-foot Turkish schooner, sailing the Sea of Cortez. The latest addition to Marquis' arsenal of luxury experiences, the Novia Mia ("My Girlfriend") debuted May 2007 at the Marina of San Lucas. The air-conditioned Novia Mia, managed by local company Barcos que Cantan and operated by Marquis Los Cabos, houses six cabins with bathroom; one kitchen; two dining rooms for indoor and outdoor dining; sun deck and TV with DVD player. Built in 2005, the schooner can accommodate 8 overnight guests and 35 passengers for day excursions and has a crew of four. Guests can extend their Marquis Los Cabos experience from land onto the sea with butler service and signature cuisine from the resort's chef. Four exclusive packages are currently available with the schooner -- the Snorkel Tour, Sunset Tour, Private Tour and Wedding Package. (Guests do not need to stay at Marquis Los Cabos in order to experience signature Marquis service in an intimate environment aboard the Novia Mia.)
Opened in April 2004, Marquis Los Cabos is a stylish luxury beach resort adjacent to two world-class golf courses, with preferred tee times and discounts at both. In addition to being located near the Robert Trent Jones-designed Cabo Real course, Marquis Los Cabos is also adjacent to the world-renowned Jack Nicklaus-designed Cabo Del Sol Ocean Course. Ranked 68th in Golf Magazine's "Top 100 Courses of the World," Cabo Del Sol features seven challenging oceanfront holes, and boasts magnificent views of the desert and Sea of Cortez.
A giant archway spans the open-air lobby, a nod to the Land’s End arch down the coast. A 36-foot waterfall cascades to another pool below. Marquis Los Cabos strives to make every guest feel extremely comfortable and pampered while providing the utmost in luxury. Indigenous plants and cacti adorn the grounds and giant iron sculptures greet guests at the entrance and on the terrace level.
SPECIAL OFFER - The Elopement Package at the Marquis Los Cabos Beach, Golf, Spa and Casitas Resort includes: bridal bouquet, minister, Mexican wedding dress and tuxedo rentals, and a musician in addition to an e-video of the ceremony prior to riding VIP style to the airport in a Hummer decorated with a "Just Married" sign. The Elopement Package also consists of ocean-view accommodations in a Suite Marquis or Private Pool Casita with balcony; buffet breakfast at the resort's restaurant, Vista Ballenas; one dinner with drinks at any of the resort's restaurants or en suite; and a signature Marquis Los Cabos drink upon arrival. To heighten the romance, the special couples receive a daily bath turndown service with candles and rose petals. Unlimited access to the fully equipped fitness center and Jacuzzi, VIP airport transfers, taxes and service fees round out the package. For three-nights, the Elopement Package is $4,440 per couple in a Suite Marquis, which features a plunge pool and private check-in, and $4,920 in a Private Pool Casita, complete with a living room, bedroom, wet bar, Bulgari amenities, imported Frette linens, private pool with views of the ocean, and butler service. The Elopement Package is available from June 15 to Dec. 15, 2008.
