21 Steps to Bliss in the Swiss Alps

21 Steps to Bliss in the Swiss Alps
Guided by the credo of “Lifting your spirits,” Palace Wellness offers discerning guests an alluring blend of treatments to pamper and enhance wellbeing. Treatments range from classic European, Thai and Japanese massages, to ancient Ayurvedic-based treatments designed to eliminate toxins and improve alignment.

The highlight of indulgence this year is the weeklong wellness package: Restore your Balance in 7 Days and 21 Steps. An individual schedule is carefully crafted for each guest, based on his or her personal ailments or preferences, whether it's to lose weight, be rid of stress, overcome insomnia, or to simply relax. One of the team's experts accompanies each guest in their personal training, in various classes and exercises, as well as in their individual nutrition plan. In addition to seven nights in a Superior Room with full buffet breakfast, light lunches are serviced daily in the wellness restaurant La Diala, and evening meals in either the elegant Le Restaurant or in the cosy Chesa Veglia. The package also includes seven personalised spa treatments, seven one-to-one classes and seven exercise tutorials. Irresistible and exclusive extras include a yoga outfit, tickets for all mountain railways and public transport in and around St. Moritz, transfer to and from Corviglia mountain railway station, as well as access to the refreshment bar, wireless Internet access, and a daily newspaper. The Restore your Balance wellness package can be booked from $6,915 CAD (6,495 CHF) per person in a double room.

Alpine Spa Retreat is another package that combines exclusive treatments, delicious culinary treats and a wealth of extras. Guests who book the three-day pamper package can also enjoy a two-night stay in a Superior Room with breakfast buffet, one lunch in La Diala and two elegant evening meals included. Absolute highlights include the private use of the Spa Suite Veronica, a 50-minute personal training session and an Engadin Stone Massage, using handpicked stones from the streams in the surrounding areas. The package is priced from $1,250 CAD (1,175 CHF) per person in a double room. Package perks include local transport and mountain railways, transfer to and from the Corviglia mountain railway, as well as access to the refreshment bar, wireless Internet access and a daily newspaper.
