The event unites national and international players of gastronomy in the breathtaking and elegant backdrop of the stunning Dolomite Mountains. For six days Alta Badia becomes the home of haute cuisine offering guests the opportunity to participate in various gastronomic, cultural and nature-based activities.

Chefs with and without Michelin stars, restaurateurs, wine producers and personalities from the world of sport and culture defy each other on the Gran Risa ski slopes of La Villa and as well as in the kitchens of the valley's restaurants.

With an award winning Daniela Steiner Spa, a 2 Michelin Star restaurant, the 5* Rosa Alpina is the perfect place to enjoy a very special and unforgettable gourmet experience in the Dolomites.

A welcome dinner from the chefs of the Dolomites at the Hotel Rosa Alpina, headed by the “DoloMitici”

January 23rd
Ski Competition for friends of Chef´s Cup and other sport events, followed by aperitif and "Pasta Party" at the parterre Gran Risa ski run

In the evening, dinner at Moritzino refuge, Piz La Ila, and after dinner party at “L'Murin” in Corvara

January 24th
Excursion with snow-shoes and brunch on the terrace of Hotel Ciasa Salares

Evening dinner at the "Wine Bar & Grill" Restaurant or Gala Dinner with top international Chefs

January 25th
Enjoy an evening aperitif and dinner in the Col Alto refuge

January 26th
Evening of "Gourmet Safari", tour around the three DoloMitici Restaurants

January 27th
Enjoy a ski tour around the four Dolomite passes and lunch in the refuge. Those who do not ski can choose to be pampered at our Beauty & Spa "Daniela Steiner", using a €60 credit for a luxury beauty treatment.
