Join esteemed winemaker Mark Lyon and Chef Charles Wiley for a special four-course dinner paired with Sonoma wines. Mark is the winemaker at Sebastiani Vineyards and Chalk Hill, and has a career that spans over 30 years. He and his father bought a 122-acre vineyard in Alexander Valley back in 1980, and Mark’s hands-on management of the vineyard has allowed him to develop a tremendous knowledge of wine, particularly Bordeaux varietals. Mark notes, “By decreasing our production, we’re doing very concrete things to produce better wines, world-class wines.” Make your reservation and explore the wines of Sonoma County, one of America’s great wine growing regions, paired with a seasonal four-course menu.
