Make a Date with a Two Michelin-Starred Chef, One Night Only
Tom Kerridge is the popular, loveable chef patron and owner at the Hand & Flowers pub in Marlow, the only two Michelin-Starred pub in the world, which he opened with his wife Beth in the spring of 2005.

The first Star descended upon the pub within a year of its opening, and the second Star was awarded to much excitement, having the world's culinary press descending on Marlow following the announcement and discovering a special venue, team and chef there.

In the words of new Michelin editor Rebecca Burr, Tom's cooking has risen to new heights. His dishes are sophisticated yet familiar, and are a perfect match for the relaxed surroundings of his charming pub.

A witty soul and a character of obvious warmth, Tom has appeared on TV shows such as Market Kitchen and Market Kitchen's Big Adventure and has competed and won the main course twice on BBC2's Great British Menu – a feat that no other has accomplished.

Tom's Michelin Star-studded career has streaked since his initial stints at the Michelin-Starred The Capital before landing himself as a senior sous chef at the one Michelin-Starred Monsieur Max in Hampton and then head chef at Arlards in Norwich, also a one Michelin-Starred restaurant. Tom was also recently awarded “AA The Restaurant of the Year” (England) for 2011/2012.

Tom will be arriving for a prestigious dinner event slated for June 8, 2012, at Alila Villas Soori's Cotta restaurant, and is to commence at 7pm.
