Amangani Announces New Executive Chef
In continuing the resort's commitment to local cuisine, Chef Parker showcases his unique style in the resort's varied dining experiences featuring seasonal dishes driven by locally-sourced ingredients.

Chef Parker brings with him more than 12 years experience, most recently serving as Executive Sous Chef at The Inn at Little Washington. Prior to that, Chef Parker held cook positions at the Four Seasons Hotel Washington, DC and the Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas.

Looking out over the Snake River Valley with the snow-capped peaks in the distance, the resort's culinary offerings feature local, sustainable ranch meats, fresh fish and seasonal farm-to-table produce. Chef Parker and his team create an array of dishes that can be enjoyed in the resort's restaurant and beyond, be it fireside in the suites, by the incredible pool or on the sun deck.
