Fresh from a show in Spain, drummer Derrick Mckenzie and bassist Paul Turner chose to stay the night at the Luxury Camp. There was much excitement and numerous photos with the vacationers.
Two members of the renowned English band Jamiroquai spent the night between last Saturday and Sunday in Cavallino-Treporti. After performing in Spain, the two English musicians, drummer Derrick Mckenzie and bassist Paul Turner, made a stopover at Marco Polo Airport and stayed on the Venetian coast before heading back to London. They chose the high-end services of one of the mirrored suites in the “Luxury Camp” village, part of the 5-star Union Lido campsite.
It was quite a surprise for tourists and fans of dance and jazz music who recognized them first near the beach and then strolling through the campsite. The next eagerly anticipated date for Jamiroquai fans is October 28th for a live concert in Adelaide, Australia.
