Andaz Scottsdale Resort & Spa, which opened on December 15, 2016, is one of 16 Andaz properties open around the world. Located on 23 acres in Paradise Valley, less than two miles north of Old Town Scottsdale, the mid-century inspired resort features 201 bungalow-style guestrooms and suites. Andaz Scottsdale Resort & Spa is highlighted for its connection to the local community and partnership with nearby Cattle Track Arts & Preservation compound, offering guests hands-on arts and culture experiences.

Andaz Scottsdale Resort & Spa draws inspiration from the innovative 1950s desert art scene and pays homage to notable artists who used the desert landscape as their artistic expression. Guestrooms feature comfortable and functional mid-century modern interiors, bathrooms with oversized showers with windows and skylights that fill each space with natural light and outdoor terraces. The Guest House is a central gathering place that resembles an artist’s studio in design and features a live rotating art collection. Centrally located for guest access, the Guest House opens onto the Turquoise Pool, the center of outdoor activity in the resort with an expansive sundeck with 13 private cabanas, of which six are connected to guestrooms and a suite overlooking the pool. The Turquoise Pool Bar offers refreshments during the day and hosts parties and events at night.

Signature restaurant Weft & Warp Art Bar + Kitchen features a glass box exhibition kitchen with a plancha and chef’s table, beckoning guests to become a part of the culinary experience. Specializing in contemporary Sonoran cuisine in small, sharable plates under the helm of Executive Chef Adam Sheff, the restaurant infuses Sonoran inspired flavors and ingredients into a menu that showcases of Sheff’s urban culinary experience.

Palo Verde Spa & Apothecary embodies the calming and healing qualities of the desert. Featuring an extensive menu of personalized treatments utilizing unique and indigenous ingredients, the spa also encourages guests to invent their own concoctions at the Desert Blending Bar. The 12,000-square-foot facility features four treatment rooms, outdoor hydrotherapy pools, eucalyptus steam rooms, a nail and hair salon, fitness center, outdoor relaxation lounges and an exclusive private pool for spa guests.

The resort also features The Retreat, a hidden gem offering a cluster of 22 guestrooms and one suite. Surrounding a pool and several outdoor dining and event spaces, The Retreat is an ideal venue for corporate retreats and destination weddings.
