Anouska Hempel, backed by a consortium of investors, has re-purchased Blakes Hotel and will shortly unveil a two-year programme of complete refurbishment.

The refurbishment programme, which will include the addition of a gym and an extended restaurant, will refresh and reinvigorate the Blakes concept.
