As outer beauty requires a healthy balance from the inside, L'Albereta's award-winning spa, Espace Vitalité Henri Chenot, introduces their new “Be Beautiful Inside & Out” programme, which provides a thorough detoxification of one's main internal organs.

L'Albereta's "Be Beautiful Inside & Out" programme includes especially selected treatments that will optimize the respiratory and intestinal function in order to balance the body's metabolic activity and immune system. Treatments will include colon hydrotherapy, a manual lymphatic drainage body massage and a special abdominal massage treatment to assist with intestinal function. The programme also includes a Pranayama breathing technique training session, which is the art of the extending the breath and of its conscious control that assists in harmonising the breath and body. Through the practise of pranayama, more oxygen goes to the lungs, which provides better quality of blood in the body. Every element of this programme has the clear objective of increasing cellular oxygenation, which allows the body to eliminate toxins, boost the immune system and brighten the skin.

The "Be Beautiful Inside & Out" programme includes:
