Belle Mont Farm, St. Kitts Annouces Summer Offerings
Redefining what it means to encompass sustainable luxury, Belle Mont Farm, which opened in December 2014, is the first chapter of the most authentic travel destination to ever launch in the Caribbean: Kittitian Hill.

Families can take advantage of the resort's new summer seasonal offers. With the “Stay Longer” package, guests who book a four-night stay receive the fifth and sixth nights free. As part of this comprehensive experience, indulge in a true farm-to-table journey with all meals and beverages included, as well as unlimited golf at Irie Fields, a daily $200 spa credit, and YU Lounge transfers. Rates start at $1,200 per night for a Guesthouse with a pool through November 15. For guests seeking a bed and breakfast holiday, rates for Guesthouses begin at $625 per night and include full breakfast daily and YU Lounge arrival and departure experiences through the private jet terminal.

Belle Mont Farm provides an array of family-friendly activities to be enjoyed by guests ages 10 and up, including tennis lessons, mountain biking, guided hiking tours up Mount Liamuiga volcano, golf lessons, and beach activities ranging from snorkeling, kayaking and windsurfing off of Belle Mont Farm's black sand beach. Additionally, families can partake in a dedicated Culinary Academy, an educational food journey that will invite participants to forage with farmers and chefs while learning about the many varieties of fruits and vegetables. Following a day of harvesting on the farm, guests cook alongside Executive Chef Christophe Letard and prepare a true farm-to-table feast.

Located on the fertile slopes of Mt. Liamuiga, Belle Mont Farm on Kittitian Hill features 84 Guesthouses, a four-bedroom Farmhouse, and five breath-taking villas designed by world-renowned architect Bill Bensley and planted within a 400-acre organic farm. Belle Mont Farm guests are immersed in the local culture, farming community, and distinct culinary experiences.

“Belle Mont Farm appeals to well-travelled jetsetters who seek a meaningful connection to a destination and its community,” said Carlos Salazar, general manager of Belle Mont Farm. “We are achieving an innovative balance that is unique in the hospitality industry: A commitment to be authentic and responsible to the land and Kittitians, while ensuring that guests will be met with precise personalised service and a five-star luxury experience. We invite summer travellers to embark on an authentic journey of self discovery, total rejuvenation and deep understanding of a culture unlike anywhere else.”

Guesthouses feature open verandas and private infinity pools, sweeping views of the Caribbean Sea, and al fresco bathrooms with a rainwater shower and freestanding roll-top bath. Two-bedroom villas offer the perfect stay for families, with full kitchens, large terraces and infinity pools. The four-bedroom Farmhouses provide ample room for up to eight people with a central living area and professional kitchen. Private attendants are assigned to each accommodation, as well as a 24-hour concierge.

Guests can enjoy gourmet meals with ingredients harvested from the surrounding land and Caribbean Sea. Dining options include The Kitchen restaurant & The Mill bar, The Pool Grille, and The Farm which exhibits a rustic communal table set amongst organic orchids, vegetable and fruit gardens. The famed Golden Lemon Inn at Dieppe Bay – just a 10-minute drive from Belle Mont Farm – is the newest addition to the Kittitian Hill community, offering a black sand beach and Arthur's sea-to-table restaurant. To round out the dining experiences, Belle Mont Farm's wine programme is curated by Master of Wine Isabelle Legeron, an international leader in the natural wine movement.

Wellness offerings elevate mind, body and spirit, including spa treatments featuring indigenous ingredients and The Workshop fitness centre. Twelve essential oils are grown on property ranging from lemongrass to vetiver, and guests have the opportunity to create their own herb body scrub and take home the scents of the islands. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy Irie Fields, a Par 71, 18-hole golf course designed by legendary golfer-turned-golf-course-designer Ian Woosnam, that doubles as farmland and is the world's first “edible golf course,” where players can snack on fruit growing at every turn.
