Bermuda's Elbow Beach Launches New Underwater Experience
The Adventure Camp at Elbow Beach, in association with The Bermuda Zoological Society (BZS) and Bermuda Reef Ecosystem Analysis and Monitoring Programme (BREAM) provides budding marine-biologists the opportunity to participate in an on-going underwater research project.

The Reef Watch program invites guests to explore Bermuda's extensive coral reef system on a half-mile stretch of ocean along the shores of Elbow Beach. Reef Watch participants will enjoy a training class with BREAM Chief Scientist, Dr. Thaddeus Murdoch, where they will learn how to identify various forms of underwater life and how to collect data using specially designed underwater equipment. With their snorkel gear in check, guests will head into the waters off Elbow Beach to start their scientific experience where they are sure to encounter large schools of parrotfish, blue tangs and other colourful forms of marine life.
