Bernardus Lodge Celebrates Lavender Season

Lavender has always been renowned for its calming effect on the body and soul – providing a deep night's rest. Bernardus Lodge harvests more than 1,000 lavender plants on property – which are just beginning to bloom this summer. They welcome the arrival of this powerfully fragrant flowering plant starting in the month of July with special amenities and events. The Lodge is offering a limited time offer of a one-night stay plus one 50-minute spa treatment at a rate of $395 USD per night in Premium Garden or Croquet accommodations (rates available for higher room categories).

August 26 through September 5.

Travel can only be booked from Wednesday, July 10 until 5 p.m. on Monday, July 15. This special cannot be combined with other alliance program amenities, and cannot be combined with groups. Some special booking policies apply.

The getaway starts with complimentary Bernardus estate wine served to each guest upon arrival. Charming guest rooms will await - each with a cozy fireplace, sumptuous feather bed and oversized bathtubs for two. At the newly re-tooled Marinus Restaurant, where Cal-Regional Cuisine is created by celebrated chef Cal Stamenov, local organic seasonal produce as well as regional seafood and artisan farmed meats are featured. Menu selections can be complimented with wine selected from the Marinus cellar, offering over 1,575 wine selections and over 28,000 bottles of wine. Wickets Bistro is more informal and perfect for a light meal, outdoor beverage or a lingering lunch or dinner.
