Guests of the hotels and their La Prairie Spas will be able to arrange individualized wellness sessions with recognized fitness specialist to address their personal health needs and objectives.
The Beverly Hills Hotel and the Hotel Bel-Air (pictured) have launched The Lifestyle by Scott Crawford, a bespoke wellness program for guests, as part of a partnership with Scott Crawford, founder of California's SOMA Get Fit. The hotels will help guests to "Get Fit, Feel Good and Have Fun" by working one-on-one with a team of fitness coaches, personally directed by Crawford.
Private sessions will be customized for all fitness levels, with local hikes, personal training, yoga, mat Pilates, meditation and tai chi offered under the new program. Each guest's sessions can take place indoors or out, taking advantage of the hotels' Bungalow Gardens, Upper Cabanas, Will Rogers Memorial Park, Swan Lake and Crystal Garden.
The individual 60- or 90-minute activities may also be incorporated into larger "180 Half Day" or "360 Full Day" customized fitness packages, including breakfast, lunch, an organic snack, a physical movement session, transportation to select added activities, a treatment at La Prairie Spa and a gift. Added selections can include choices such as acupuncture, horseback riding, a cultural demonstration, an acting class, additional fitness classes and dinner at one of the hotel.
