Brown's Hotel London Launches Collaboration with Chef Madeleine Shaw
Madeleine has created an innovative and delicious Rocco Forte Nourish menu for its guests, and Brown's Hotel will be the first and only destination to offer Madeleine's dishes from her newest book, ‘Ready, Steady, Glow', which launches this week.

Madeleine Shaw has worked closely with Lydia and Irene Forte and the team of talented chefs and mixologists at Brown's Hotel to develop and design the Rocco Forte Nourish menus exclusive to the London property. From today, there will be a range of breakfast dishes in HIX Mayfair, as well as a full and diverse healthy menu available in The English Tea Room, the Donovan Bar and for those who order from the In Room Dining menu. There will also be a selection of healthier cocktails in The Donovan Bar.
