Canoe Bay ESCAPE Village Debuts In Northwest Wisconsin
Each tiny resort home will be available for vacations, long-term rental, and purchase.

Eventually becoming the largest of its kind in the U.S., the resort is the first large-scale vacation Tiny Home Village in the Midwest.

Canoe Bay ESCAPE Village is located in northwest Wisconsin on over one hundred acres of rolling mixed hardwood forests with wetlands and two private lakes on the property, Mallard Lake and Lost Lake.

Accessible via its own private road, the Village is located adjacent to Canoe Bay, the award-winning rustic getaway which features Prairie-style cottages that the smaller, portable ESCAPE Homes were modeled after.

“We’ve come full circle with the new resort community,” says Dan Dobrowolski, owner of Canoe Bay and ESCAPE Homes. “It blends the best of both in a tranquil, natural setting.”

Guests will select from ESCAPE Classic, ESCAPE Traveler XL, ESCAPE Vista, ESCAPE One and ESCAPE Vintage XL.

The natural setting offers tiny homes at various elevations and many featuring lake views or wetland views. Utilities are in place along with roads for easy access. The Village offers a chance to experience a unique and relaxing getaway while exploring and investing in the Tiny Home phenomena.

Each tiny home offers a spacious open floor plan, queen-size or king-size beds, full-size appliances, luxury kitchens and baths, and a panorama of windows that draw the outdoors in.

They are situated on or near Mallard and Lost Lakes, offering miles of hiking, fishing, kayaking, canoeing, snowshoeing, cross country skiing and more. Guests can enjoy seasonal dinners in the Canoe Bay lakefront dining room.
