Cap Juluca Honored by Wine Spectator
The Award of Excellence received by Pimms is based on its outstanding wine list of 330 selections and its inventory of 3,200 bottles, particularly specializing in wines from France and California. The wine list was created by Cap Juluca's wine director, Norwell Proctor, to complement Executive Chef/Director of Food and Beverage Juan Bochenski's international and Anguillian seafood-centric menus. In addition, Cap Juluca hosts intimate parties offering a five-course chef-driven tasting menu paired with sommelier-chosen fine wines in its private Wine Room.

“This Wine Spectator award is another testament to our world-class dining experience,” said resort owners Charles and Linda Hickox. “It's a well-deserved honor we are especially proud of and comes after Pimms' TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence award for its notable superior service.”

The newly announced awards appear on the magazine's website and will be in the August 31 print issue of “Wine Spectator's 2016 Dining Guide.”
