February: Chocolate Decadence

During the month of romance, Montpelier is featuring decadent chocolate desserts at Restaurant 750, including a Volcano Blanco Cake and a Bounty Dome, by Executive Chef Cristian Bassi. And, guests can sip white or dark chocolate rum martinis after dinner in Montpelier’s Great Room.

March: Live Fully Month at Montpelier

March at Montpelier will focus on living fully – featuring activities to nourish the mind, body and soul.

  • Montpelier-athons – On the first four Thursdays of March, the resort will host Montpelier-athons to the beach by bike, followed by a BBQ and live music. On the last Thursday, Montpelier-athoners will arrive at the beach by walking/running.



  • Private Yoga Classes – Montpelier’s private yoga classes are taught upon request by credentialed instructors. Classes are held outside with a natural backdrop of lush vegetation and stunning sea views.



  • Private Cooking Classes – Chef Cristian Bassi, known for his classic cuisine prepared with local bounty and his love of Caribbean spices, is offering private cooking classes for two to six guests booked at least seven days in advance. During these three-hour sessions, Chef will demonstrate dishes using ingredients from Montpelier’s garden, and food enthusiasts can prepare gourmet dishes paired with wine and enjoyed along with the chef.



April: Montpelier's Celebration Party & The Hoffman Family’s 15th Anniversary of Resort Ownership

April will be a big month at Montpelier. It’s time to celebrate the resort’s 50th anniversary with a spectacular party, as well as commemorate the Hoffman’s 15th anniversary of owning this beautiful resort. On Saturday, April 8, the Hoffman’s will invite guests to celebrate with cocktails in the Great Room, a special dinner in Restaurant 750, live entertainment and lots of glam.

May: Hosted Guest Chef Presents Golden Food Experience Weekend

Montpelier Plantation & Beach welcomes back Chef Benjamin Voisin from Florida’s Fathoms restaurant to prepare exclusive and intimate dinners for guests in Restaurant 750 May 5 through 7. Voisin served as executive chef for Montpelier from 2012 to 2015.

June: Relax & Refresh at Montpelier During Wellness Month

As the summer rolls in, Montpelier will focus on Wellness Month by offering various “feel good” activities.

  • Pilates Sessions June 2 to 9 – Sessions are led by Vanessa Pearce, who is the lead instructor and owner of London Pilates Studio, certified by STOTT PILATES and has taught fitness at all levels for fourteen years for clients with high-end sports training or rehabilitation needs. Her 50-minute sessions will be held twice a day for beginners to experts at Montpelier’s fitness studio overlooking Mount Nevis.



  • Private Yoga Classes – Montpelier’s private yoga classes are taught upon request by credentialed instructors, and classes are held outside – with a natural backdrop of lush vegetation and stunning views of the sea.



  • Outdoor Spa Treatments – The Spa Suite is surrounded by tropical gardens and offers an array of pampering services and treatments from an aromatherapy massage to a sea salt skin buff to a deep cleansing facial.




July: Mango Madness

To complete a glorious season of golden 50th anniversary experiences, Montpelier Plantation & Beach will Go Mad for Mangoes. During July, mango-inspired menu items and cocktails will coincide with the Nevis Mango Madness Festival held July 6 to 9.
