Cayman Islands Luxury at The Caribbean Club

Cayman Islands Luxury at The Caribbean Club
The property sits on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, Grand Cayman's Seven Mile Beach, and accommodates guests in 37 large condominium style suites that take full advantage of the beautiful views the hotel's ocean-front location provides.

The Caribbean Club is the most exclusive hotel on Grand Cayman and yet the atmosphere is casual and playful. The large suites can accommodate families and groups of friends with options including one, two and three-bedroom configurations and large indoor and outdoor living areas so you can enjoy your time with friends and family while also having your own private space. Each suite is impeccably furnished, striking a perfect balance between elegant and comfortable. The large windows and sliding glass doors that open out to your suite's spacious balcony and let in the beautiful ocean view flood the suites with tropical sunshine. I love the hotel's intimate courtyard space with its soothing pool and patio area steps from the beach and surrounded by palm trees. This is a great place to enjoy a tropical sunset over the blue Caribbean waters.

Although there is only one restaurant on the property, Luca, an Italian fusion restaurant that is a favorite of guests and locals alike, room service is also available and the staff will gladly stock your large, modern kitchen with groceries to enable you to prepare your favorite foods to enjoy on the full-sized dining table provided on your private balcony. The hotel is also near many other eateries and shopping centers so when you're ready to leave your quiet retreat there will be plenty for you to explore.

Speaking of exploring, Grand Cayman is well known for diving, sailing and a wide variety of water sports. The concierge at the Caribbean Club is available to assist you in making arrangements to enjoy as many of these activities as you would like. For fun, I chose to visit the Cayman Spirits Company, makers of the unique Seven Fathoms Premium rum. A distillery tour with an explanation of the traditional West Indian rum making process and an insight into how Seven Fathoms gets its name, by being aged in wooden casks 42 feet under the sea, prompted me to further explore this local flavor at the nearby Margaritaville swim up bar. After enjoying poolside cocktails and a unique shot of Seven Fathoms administered while on the bar's water slide, my day was complete.
