Celeb Sightings at Las Vegas' Hard Rock Hotel & Casino
International music sensation Justin Bieber checked in to Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas for two nights on Monday, Jan. 6 and Tuesday, Jan. 7. The singer, joined by his father Jeremy Bieber, manager John Shahidi and rapper Xavier “Lil Za” Smith, arrived in Las Vegas after a long road trip from San Francisco. During his stay, Justin uploaded a photo of his view of the Las Vegas Strip from his suite to his Instagram and Twitter accounts.

On Tuesday, Bieber along with five friends and family members dined at Culinary Dropout where they enjoyed Soft Pretzels with Provolone Fondue, the Grilled Chicken Club and the Gorgonzola Chicken Salad. Because the group was unable to decide on one genre of cuisine, they also indulged in dishes from a variety of dining options at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino while enjoying the hip and rebel-style ambiance of the gastropub. The group feasted on Nobu Las Vegas’ greatest hits selections featuring Black Cod Miso, Yellowtail Sashimi with Jalapeño, and Chicken Kushiyaki, as well as a plate of Fire Roasted Nachos from Mr. Lucky’s Café. Later, Jeremy stopped by Body English Nightclub & Afterhours for a private event featuring a performance by Lynyrd Skynyrd.

Before a private concert at The Joint, Imagine Dragons’ lead singer Dan Reynolds was also spotted with a group of eight friends at Culinary Dropout. They noshed on some of the funky gastropub’s signature dishes including Soft Pretzels with Provolone Fondue, Kale & Sweet Potato Salad, The Pub Burger, 36-Hour Pork Ribs, Fried Chicken, Butternut Squash Cannelloni and Turkey Pastrami.

That same evening, retired professional basketball player Shaquille O’Neal was across the casino at 35 Steaks + Martinis. There he enjoyed three scoops of vanilla ice cream as an appetizer and the Pan Roasted Chicken, an 8 ounce Filet Mignon and Macaroni and Cheese as an entrée.
