Set amidst nine-acres of colorful gardens, wedding couples can say ‘I Do” under a gazebo beside a sparkling pond, on a charming footbridge overlooking the grounds, beneath a towering pine tree, or on expansive lawns around the estate. The Grand Salon of the Chateau can also be used as an indoor venue, and the property offers a small chapel for wedding parties to gather in before and after the ceremony.
Dining and cocktail moments are enjoyed in Elderberry House, the Chateau’s celebrated fine-dining restaurant helmed by Culinary Director Chris Flint whose extensive experience includes his role as Chef de Cuisine of New York City’s Three Michelin-starred Eleven Madison Park. The stylish restaurant can accommodate up to 100 seated guests, and 175 for an elegant cocktail reception. In the Courtyard, located between the Chateau and Elderberry House, 120 seated guests can be accommodated, as well as receptions for up to 175 people. This welcoming space is framed by majestic mountains and features a bubbling fountain and expansive views.
Chef Flint and his culinary team’s inspired menus are heavily influenced by the seasons, showcasing the freshest local ingredients. Menus are custom designed to accommodate all dietary needs and preferences, and an extensive wine cellar enhances the top-tier culinary offerings.
Guests will enjoy 10 elegant accommodations, many with fireplaces, and a private Villa du Sureau. An outdoor pool and the Spa du Sureau is also offered.
