A former residence to a Swedish Prince, many of the 10 intimate rooms and suites of this 400 year old Chateau, offer stunning seascape views, private balconies and terraces, Jacuzzis or deep soaking tubs, making it one of the most romantic hotels on the Riviera. The renovation incorporated true modern luxuries such as in-floor heating, and restoration practices maintained exposed ancient wooden beams and rare parquet hardwood floors.

From Chateau Eza's Michelin-starred restaurant, whether dining by day or night, the view is entirely exhilarating and on a clear day you can see from Cap Ferrat to St. Tropez. The glass enclosed restaurant provides sweeping views of the sparkling azure waters of the Cote d'Azur. Menus change regularly based on the seasons which highlight ingredients from the region. You'll enjoy the freshest fish, lamb and duck year round, white asparagus in the spring and wild strawberries from the forest in the summer.
