China's Fuchun Resort Wins 3 National Geographic Traveler Awards
Nestled among picturesque hills and tea terraces, the 150 acre private resort received two awards from the National Geographic Traveler Gold List of China Tourism Awards and one from the World Luxury Spa Awards created by World Luxury Hotel Awards, the world's leading hotel awards.

Voted for by thousands of spa guests worldwide, Fuchun Resort won the Best Luxury Resort Spa in China at the World Spa Awards for the second year in a row. Fuchun Spa is constantly recognized not only as one of the best in China but also across the whole of Asia. The centerpiece of the spa is a magnificent waveless Pool Pavilion, while other facilities include a Yoga Lounge, six private Spa Suites, two Chinese Massage Rooms, a Foot Massage Room and male and female saunas and steam rooms.

The Spa also picked up Best Hotel Spa at the National Geographic Traveler China Awards where General Manager Richard Yap was on hand to collect the award at the ceremony in Beijing. "It's a great honor for Fuchun Resort to receive this award as testament to the quality of facilities and service that we provide at our Spa," said Mr. Yap. "The Spa really is central to everything at the hotel as we aim to offer the ultimate retreat from the city for relaxation, rejuvenation and indulgence."

Also at the National Geographic Traveler China Awards, Fuchun Resort received the award for Best Urban Holiday Hotel in China up against fierce competition from a series of hotels from the large hotel groups. The award is a major coup for the independently-owned resort that is a member of both Leading Hotels of the World and Leading Spas.

In 2011, Fuchun Resort received a series of accolades including the World Travel Awards for Asia's Leading Luxury Golf Resort; Asia's Leading Villa; and China's Leading Resort.
