At the Cowgirl Spring Roundup, a three-day weekend event held April 28–May 1, 2016, at The Resort at Paws Up, 50 guests will tackle self-improvement workshops and hone their equestrian skills under the tutelage of Cowgirl Hall of Fame Honorees. The honorees include Dr. Eleanor Green, a pioneer for women in equine veterinary medicine; Emmy Award–winning costume designer and Plains Indian historian Cathy A. Smith; award-winning ranch-life photographer Barbara Van Cleve and Stacy Westfall, a nationally recognized horsemanship competitor and instructor.

The four legendary cowgirls honored by the National Cowgirl Museum and Hall of Fame in Fort Worth, Texas, will host the roundup. They'll immerse you in the ways of the West with educational workshops, trail rides, photography clinics and sporting clays shooting. This year, special guest Cathy Woods, a world-class instructor of yoga, horsemanship and life skills will also be a featured presenter. A longtime trail rider and yoga teacher with more than 25 years of experience, Woods will present the Body, Mind, Equine workshop that includes a discussion of how to use yoga to improve horsemanship, a yoga class focusing on valuable stretches for riders, saddle time in the Paws Up riding arena and an exploration of the parallels of yoga and horsemanship.

As featured on CBS This Morning, the roundup is an all-inclusive weekend package priced at $2,499 per person. The package includes luxury home accommodations, all meals, airport transfers, a cattle drive and close-up conversation with the honorees. The event is limited to the first 50 women, ages 12 and older, who register.
