Twin chefs Thomas and Mathias Sühring head the innovative team behind the delectable menu, which features dishes prepared with fresh and exotic ingredients painstakingly sourced from a number of countries.

Before honing their talents at Mezzaluna, both chefs worked under celebrated chefs from three-star Michelin restaurants, including Jonny Boer, Heinz Beck and Sven Elverfeld

Every visit at Mezzaluna will be different as the seasonally-inspired menus are re-designed on a daily basis. Guests are offered the choice of two menu formats; an exquisite three-course menu is complemented by a more elaborate six-course chef's tasting menu with optional wine pairings.
