Divine Thanksgiving Dining at Sanctuary on Camelback Mountain
On Nov. 26, 2015 from 12-9 p.m. in elements and 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. in The Views, guests can indulge in a meal of gourmet delights by Executive Chef Beau MacMillan, all while overlooking the captivating scenery of Paradise Valley and the red rocks of the resort's namesake, Camelback Mountain.

Elements' Thanksgiving menu will begin with small plates and salads, including caramelized fig and balsamic onion tart with stilton blue cheese; candied bacon with kale polenta, fried egg, smoked peanuts, and coriander salad; and escargot pot pie. Guests can enjoy festive entrees like veal osso bucco, sweet potato ravioli, and a traditional turkey dinner before quieting sweet cravings with apple pie cheesecake, pumpkin tart and dark chocolate trifle. The buffet celebration in The Views Ballroom will be similarly inspired, and will include a robust array of seasonal favorites and carving stations.

Dinner in elements is $85 per person and $25 for children ages 6-12 years. The buffet is $75 per person and $25 for children ages 6-12 years. Children ages 5 and under dine compliments of Sanctuary. Prices exclude beverages, tax and gratuity
