On every street corner it is possible to admire a variety of costumes, from XVIII century gowns to contemporary creations. The climax is reached with two events: the 'Flight of the Angel', marking the beginning of Carnival and the 'Water Procession', a parade of decorated boats and masked rowers. The final Grand Ball is held in St. Mark's Square with the traditional firework display in front the Doges Palace. The BAUERs will offer a front-row seat to the Carnival, with a series of events and dinners that will bring everyone back in time, allowing guests to experience this festivity as a true native Venetian.
