True to Eden Roc's commitment to culinary excellence and memorable celebrations, the restaurant will feature innovative offerings including a show-stopping bar and wine showcase, cigar cellar and poolside rotisserie serving casual lunch favorites.

Located at the exclusive Eden Roc Beach Club and blending urban, rustic and chic styles with an oceanfront view, BLUE Grill + Bar offers tasty and healthy dishes inspired by the art of Robatayaki and Nikkei cooking techniques, a culinary fusion between Japanese and Peruvian cuisine.

Designed by Executive Chef Gianluca Re Fraschini, guests will enjoy fresh seafood starters from an extensive Raw Bar, while entrees include specialties such as Saffron Oil Scallops with lemon juice, parmesan cheese and togarashi; Rib eye Wagyu with miso demi-glace sauce; and Sous vide Lobster Tail drizzled in citric butter and smoked salt. Outside the Grill Terrace offers casual lunch choices, including authentic brick oven pizzas, salads and hearty sandwiches. Lunch is served daily from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM; Dinner is served daily from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

A destination for more than just dining, BLUE will transform into a vibrant lounge each evening. Featuring a cigar cellar, a wine showcase filled with acclaimed South American wines and Japanese liquors, and a resident DJ spinning late into the night, guests will enjoy the weekly live music performances among festive cocktails and flare.
