These five food-focused days will present multi-course menus created by seven distinguished visiting Chefs from USA, France, Brazil, Japan and Sweden with a total of nine Michelin stars and countless international awards.

Among the exceptionally talented Chefs included in the culinary initiative, Chef of Eden Rock – St Barths Jean-Georges Vongerichten has been chosen as the Chef Patron of the Festival. The gourmet restaurants in the idyllic Eden Rock, On the Rocks and the Sand Bar, will offer menus specially prepared for the occasion by three-Michelin-starred Chef Jean-Georges, world famous for his numerous awards. With The Taste of St Barth 2014, St Barthélemy will once again become the epicenter of gourmet dining in the Caribbean.
