Priced at US$620 (approx. £386) per couple, the three-hour treatment uses products from the Dorissima Siddhartha line that were chosen specifically to allow for a relaxing and romantic experience for couples.

"Our signature Siddhartha treatment rituals have been created for couples to unwind and come together in unity,” says spa manager, Missy Dowell. "All of the ‘Art of Love' rituals are performed in our private over-water couples' suites and use the gorgeous Dorissima Siddhartha line of aphrodisiac spa products."

Created by Doris Brugger, the Siddhartha spa line features organic ingredients sourced from around the world. The products are handpicked by healers, for their ability to attract love.

Before each treatment ritual Siddhartha tea, an exotic blend of vanilla, grapefruit, orange and green tea is served to prepare the couple for the romantic spa journey. The ‘Art of Love' treatment begins with a decadent foot cleansing using warm aromatic waters to cleanse and Himalayan salts to smooth and purify. Couples enjoy a skin smoothing body exfoliation using a combination of hand-made raw silk gloves and precious extracts of mother of pearl before experiencing a bathing ritual accompanied by Champagne.

A warmed body mask is then applied to nourish the skin and soothe the soul while the blissful scalp massage continues the dream. The divine Siddhartha body massage with aphrodisiac oils of vanilla, tonka and grapefruit relieves the body of physical tension and the treatment ends with fresh fruits, Champagne and herbal tea served on the open air serenity spa deck.

Set on stilts over a turquoise lagoon, The Over-Water Spa has four thatched-roof treatment rooms, three with glass floors providing entrancing views of the colourful coral reef below, whilst a secluded serenity deck with open air Jacuzzi provides the perfect finale to the spa rituals on offer.
