Hotel Le Toiny cordially invites guests to celebrate the 60th Anniversary of Relais and Châteaux at the inaugural Taste of St. Barth festival; a week long annual gourmet food event dedicated to the art of fine cuisine featuring seven of the world’s top chefs, with its Taste of St. Barth package. Available from October 30 to November 5, 2014, this delectable promotion includes a three to five night stay at Hotel Le Toiny and showcases some of the world’s best culinary talent, encouraging guests to savor their St. Barts holiday with specially-prepared dishes from these esteemed chefs.

The Taste of St. Barth festival features seven guest chefs from four different nations, who will work in tandem with the resident chefs of Relais & Châteaux affiliated St. Barth eateries – including Hotel Le Toiny’s renowned Restaurant Le Gaïac, widely considered the best dining venue on the island. Le Gaïac’s newly appointed Executive Chef Jean-Christophe Gille, who boasts 25 years of culinary experience at some of the world’s top restaurants, will partner with the famous 3-star Michelin Relais & Chateaux Grand Chef Hideaki Matsuo for this momentous occasion. Grand Chef Hideaki Matsuo is perhaps best known for his Kashiwaya restaurant in Osaka, Japan.

The following chefs will also be available for patronage at other restaurants on the island; Jean-Georges Vongerichten (Festival Head Chef) – 3-star Michelin Relais & Chateaux Grand Chef - NY, USA; Jérôme Nutile – 2-star Michelin – 2011 Best Craftsman of France – Nîmes, France; Jean-Jacques Noguier – 1-star Michelin – Bossey, France - Chef at La Ferme de l’Hospital; Thomas Troisgros – Rio de Janeiro, Brazil - Head Chef at Olympe’s; Daniel Berlin - Chef and owner of restaurant Krög in Skåne-Tranås, Sweden; Amandine Chaignot – Bocuse de Bronze 2012 - Paris, France.

The Taste of St. Barth package includes a three to five night stay for two in a One Bedroom Villa Suite, as well as the following:

• A bottle of chilled Rosé & gourmet snacks upon arrival
• 2 or 3 four-course & four-hand menus; first dinner at Le Gaïac, second dinner(s) at other venues*
• 1 or 2 ‘Caribbean-inspired’ luncheons in guests’ choice of participating local restaurants (excl. Hotel Le Toiny)
• Rental Convertible Fiat 500 or Smart car (excl. insurance and gas)
• Round-trip airport or harbor transfers
• Daily American breakfast served on private ocean terrace
