What about itinerary? Well, the beauty of your own yacht is that you can take each day as it comes and head where the fancy takes you. Perhaps start your adventure in Monaco, and join in the hectic social calendar: the Grand Prix, the Opera, concerts, tennis tournament… aperitifs at the Hotel de Paris, dinner at Rampoldis, and dancing at Jimmyz nightclub. The next day the coastline between the seaside towns of Villefranche, Beaulieu and Cap-Ferrat is superb and well worth stopping for lunch. Then up anchor in the afternoon and your luxury yacht charter takes you on to Italy. The small historic fishing village of Portofino is both charming and picturesque and its waters are famous for their many dolphins. On the other side of the headland is the quaint fishing village of Camogli, while the nearby port of Santa Margherita Ligure is home to some excellent restaurants. Perhaps head back to the Riviera - you may like go ashore and go shopping in Cannes or Golfe Juan. Alternatively you might like to visit the nearby Isles de Lérins, a group of four islands that include the Île de Saint-Honorat and the Île Sainte-Marguerite. Whichever direction you head, you will be sure to have an unforgettable vacation on the French Riviera.
