Maui's Fairmont Kea Lani Offers One-of-a-kind Spa Sanctuary for Golf Travelers
Sun, wind, and physical exertion can leave players with damaged skin, sore muscles and in need of rejuvenation. To counter these effects, the new, multi-million dollar Willow Stream Spa at the Fairmont Kea Lani on Maui has unveiled a host of proprietary treatments to help golf travelers find their mana (energy) after enjoying a day on the course.

The 9,000-square-foot spa features three outdoor spa cabanas and 13 interior treatment rooms. The Nalu (Wave) Suite features Maui's only state-of-the-art wave massage table that offers a muscle stretching massage technique a feeling of weightlessness. The Hui (Gather) Suites feature four treatment rooms with a private foyer, perfect for visiting golfers to enjoy the spa together.

Lounges for both men and women feature steam rooms and Hawaiian Rain showers. Treatments are provided by Maui's most skilled therapists and include a variety of healing, restorative and relieving massages as well as facials, manicures and pedicures to help golfers care for the parts of their bodies most affected by the game.

Guests who'd like to can now experience the Fairmont Kea Lani's new Willow Stream Spa with the Restore Your Mana package. The package includes five nights in a luxurious suite or villa, nutritious daily breakfast, fitness classes such as yoga, pilates and meditation breathing, and a 120-minute energy-restoring experience at Willow Stream Spa. Rates start at $659 USD per night in a Fairmont Suite category. Golf fees are extra, but shuttle service to and from the three Wailea courses is complimentary.

Located on picturesque Polo Beach, The Fairmont Kea Lani is Hawaii's only all-suite-and-villa luxury oceanfront resort. Its lush, 22-acre tropical landscape offers an incredible array of water sports and authentic Hawaiian cultural experiences as well as world-class luxury. The resort also is adjacent to the acclaimed Wailea Golf Club, offering 54 holes of golf – The Gold Course, The Emerald Course and Old Blue.

The Gold Course played host to the Wendy's Champions Skins Game from 2001 to 2007. It currently hosts the Hawaii State Junior Golf Association Tournament of Champions and will host this year's Boy's Junior America's Cup. The Gold Course has been ranked among the country's best golf courses by GOLF Magazine and Gold Digest, as well as one of the world's best designed golf courses by the readers of Conde Nast Traveler. Designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr., the Gold Course features ocean and mountain views from every hole.

Not to be outdone, the Emerald Course, also designed by Robert Trent Jones, Jr., has been rated among the best golf courses in North America by both GOLF Magazine and Golf Digest. It features stunning views of the blue Pacific and Maui's central mountain, Haleakala as it plays through picturesque groves of fragrant trees and flowers.
