Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale Offers Luxury Lifestyle Memberships
The Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is now offering a limited number of lifestyle memberships, and the residents at Privada, a luxury gated enclave next door to the resort, see this as an extension of their custom-crafted homes. No need to build a pool or fitness room when you can walk across the drive and enjoy the Four Seasons.

Living next door to the Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale at Troon North in Arizona has its benefits. The award-winning resort features the scrumptious and elegant dining; a spa refuge where pampering is a priority; casually elegant guest rooms fit for the most discerning guest, a sparkling pool that is an oasis of relaxation; attentive concierge staff to assist with procuring tickets and reservations; and for those seeking an athletic challenge, the fitness center, tennis and nearby golf are readily available.

Most of those experiences were offered only to the resort guests. That is until now. The Four Seasons Pinnacle Club has been launched, featuring the Four Seasons commitment to excellence and access for a select number of people who wish to join. The first two club members are from Privada, the luxury, gated enclave next door to the resort.

Nick and Trina Stavropoulos are thrilled to have more access to the resort. “The Pinnacle Club extends the size and scale of our home by allowing us use of the spa and health club. It's a 2 minute walk from our home,” noted Nick Stavropoulos. The couple, from Massachusetts, had looked at a number of Scottsdale neighborhoods for their luxury vacation home and selected Privada because of the custom-like construction, floor plan, green building and convenient location to the Four Seasons where they enjoyed staying on vacation. “We love dining at the Four Seasons and there are three great restaurants there, plus the Four Seasons staff is so well trained it is a true joy to be there. They make you feel like family,” noted Nick.

Another Privada couple also was delighted with the chance to be one of the founding members of the Pinnacle Club. Win and Maxine Billingsley's home has captivating views of Pinnacle Peak. They see the club as a way of strengthening the connection to their local neighborhood.

The couple moved from Philadelphia - and lived in Tennessee, Ohio and Illinois before that - to Scottsdale after visiting the Four Seasons here just once. “We fell in love with this area immediately,” noted Maxine Billingsley. “It was north Scottsdale first, and then when we found Privada and their cadre of talented staff we knew we had found our new home,” she noted. Having the Four Seasons next door made it complete. “Privada strikes the perfect balance. We have our dream home with an amazing indoor-outdoor lifestyle, our neighbors have already had us over for dinner, and now we can enjoy all of the Four Seasons amenities and experience their first class customer service on a regular basis,” noted Win Billingsley.

Privada will be a primary home for the Billingsleys, although Win admits that he has ‘failed retirement three times' and continues to work for a Chicago software company. They are connecting with their community and learning about the area so they can tour their family and friends who will certainly be visiting this spring.

Privada is nestled in the High Sonoran Desert at the foot of Pinnacle Peak, a notable landmark in the area with hiking trails. The luxury homes are designed with attention to detail, energy saving and green building techniques that have earned the community the Residential Green Community award by the US Green Building Council Arizona Chapter, the Southwest Build-it-Green Expo and Conference and AZRE Magazine. The award recognizes those that engage in the implementation of sustainability principles. Privada, the sole winner in the Residential Community category, offers homes that are up to 74 percent more energy efficient that other code-compliant homes.

Privada offers a choice of three pre-designed, custom crafted home plans from which to choose, ranging in size from 3,100 square feet to over 4,500 square feet. Including homesites, these pre-designed homes are priced from $1.4 million. Custom homesites are also available.
