The Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel Enjoys a Social Renaissance
Like any classic Hollywood star, Thompson Hotels' Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel has continuously reinvented itself over the years, and the iconic 300-room hotel has once again seen a rebirth with the redesign of the historic Cabana Rooms and the debut of three innovative entertainment venues: Public Kitchen & Bar, The Spare Room and Beacher's Madhouse.

Since 1927, the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel has been the playground of luminaries including Clark Gable, Carole Lombard and Marilyn Monroe and the birthplace of the Academy Awards. As Hollywood continues to redefine itself, so does its landmark hotel, offering the ultimate luxury guest experience in-room and out, while paying homage to its roots. With the addition of these new spaces to the hotel's existing portfolio of celebrated venues, including Teddy's, Library Bar and the Tropicana Bar, the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel reaffirms its status as a social epicenter for Hollywood's elite.

The 60 Cabana Rooms, surrounding the famous Tropicana Pool with lush greenery, palm trees and the famous pool mural hand painted by acclaimed pop artist David Hockney, have been redesigned to evoke a Jet setter's retreat to Palm Springs in the 1950's. Light and airy with whimsical accoutrements, the new Cabana Rooms feature hardwood flooring, herringbone-patterned fabric walls, chaise lounges with orange leather accents and white marble bathrooms, providing a modern twist on a clean and simple retro design aesthetic. Retractable walls of windows in all Cabana Rooms allow for the ultimate indoor/outdoor experience and easy pool access, while select rooms offer private patios and balconies for prime viewing of poolside activity. The Cabanas at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel provide the quintessential Hollywood experience; a unique destination within the destination for those that want to be part of the scene that is shaping Hollywood's next chapter.
