The chocolate replica (caraïbes 66% cocoa) weighs 12.5 ounces (350 g) and has hidden treasure including dried fruit, pistachios, almonds and Piedmont hazelnuts. A special Easter Sunday Brunch will be offered on April 5th, serving traditional Easter cuisine including leg of lamb, eggs mimosa, and baskets of Easter eggs, as well as gluten-free dishes (bread, pasta and gourmet pancakes), organic foods (eggs, chicken, olive oil, and more), local and seasonal produce, buttery burrata, exquisite stuffed morsels, grilled peppers and tiramisu. Rates for brunch are 100 USD (€89) for adults and 63 USD (€55) for children. Reservations can be made by calling +33 (0)1 40 69 60 60. As a special treat to celebrate the occasion there will be an Easter egg hunt for children, valid for brunch and hotel guests only.

Pastry chef and chocolatier Gaëtan Fiard, 26 years of age has had a successful career from Demi Chef de Partie then Chef de Partie, then becoming First Chef de Partie in 2012 before being promoted to Sous Chef at Hotel Fouquet's Barrière's Michelin-starred restaurant Le Diane, under the watchful eye and mentorship of Head Pastry Chef Claude Ducrozet. Gaëtan has a competitive edge and has been entering competitions for several years. His achievements include second prize at the 2011 European Challenge in Belfort, the Junior Special Prize at the European Championship of Sugar at SIRHA in 2009, and third prize in the Confectionery Arts contest of the Fifth International Pastry Arts event at Bourg-en-Bresse in 2008. Winning the 2014 International Confectionery Art Competition certainly confirms his extraordinary talent.
