Hotel Hassler Roma's Palm Court Restaurant Offers Seasonal Fruit-Inspired Menus
Created by Imàgo's Executive Chef Francesco Apreda and Sous Chef Marcello Romano, the July 2014 à la carte menu includes five dishes based upon locally sourced Italian peaches, available for lunch and dinner: Carpaccio o nectarine and amberjack fish; Risotto garlic, olive oil and chili pepper with prawns and yellow peach; Oven-roasted duck leg with wine-flavored Saturn peaches; Bellini Sorbet, terra di cacao e fave di Tonka; and Peach Melba 2014.

In August, the Palm Court Restaurant will offer an à la carte menu featuring five dishes based upon melon and watermelon, including Marinated white melon carpaccio with Culatello ham and sprouts; Thyme-lemon flavored suckling pig loin with seared melon and baby lettuce; Watermelon ice with yogurt mousse; Eat & drink Cantaloupe Mojito.
