HotelWorld Global Hospitality & Design Awards Announced
Hospitality competition entries were judged by the editorial staff of Hotel & Motel Management, Hotel Design and Luxury Hotelier magazines while design awards were judged by Jeff Ornstein, founder of J/Brice Design International and Dana Kalczak, Vice President, Design and Construction, Four Seasons Hotel & Resorts.

Winners:

Best Guestroom Design—Luxury:
Encore at Wynn Las Vegas, Las Vegas, Nevada (ABA Design Studio)

Best Lobby/Public Space Design—Luxury:
MGM Grand Macau, China (Wilson Associates)

Best Restaurant/Lounge—Luxury:
Wolfgang Puck's Cut Restaurant, The Palazzo, Las Vegas, Nevada (ABA Design Studio)

Best Spa Design:
ESPA @ Europe Hotel & Resort, Killarney, Ireland (Hirsch/Bedner Associates)

Sustainable Design:
Cavallo Point, The Lodge at Golden Gate, Sausalito, California (BraytonHughes Design Studios)

Opening of the Year:
Rosewood Mayakoba, Riviera Maya, Mexico (Casa & Jardin)
