JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery Unveils All-New Guest Experience

The exciting evolution of JUSTIN continues with transformative upgrades to the winery which include a complete remodel of the tasting room, restaurant and suites, as well as a variety of new offerings and premium amenities designed to enhance the complete guest experience. Widely credited with putting the Paso Robles appellation on the global wine map, JUSTIN was also the first winery on the Central Coast to offer a combination of a tasting room, an award-winning restaurant and luxury overnight accommodations on-site. JUSTIN's new guest experience will be officially open to the public on August 2, 2013.

The goal was to put the focus on the stunning estate vineyard views and our award-winning wines, surrounding both with a suite of uncommonly high quality food, hospitality and wine education. The newly-renovated, two-story Tasting Room and Restaurant spaces were redesigned to enlarge both the indoor and outdoor areas, creating the perfect settings to taste and enjoy JUSTIN wines. The recent renovation has added nearly 2,000 sq. ft. to the size of the original tasting room. The clean, contemporary design is intuitively simple and elegant, with higher ceilings and large windows framing spectacular views of JUSTIN's estate vineyards and the Santa Lucia Mountains. The building's lines stay true to the welcoming original building, though simplified to blend into the newly-landscaped surroundings.

The JUSTIN guest experience begins by entering the Tasting Room through an oversized portico. Inside, the area is flooded with natural light, provided by glazed doors and large windows on three sides of the room, where guests can discover JUSTIN's award-winning wines while taking in views of the vineyards. The interior space boasts walnut finishes and a zinc top covers the large U-shaped central wine tasting bar. New to the experience is a tiered patio that extends from the Tasting Room to the property's west-sloping estate vineyards. The patio features ample comfortable seating, a new outdoor tasting bar and a gourmet outdoor kitchen allowing guests to enjoy a full tasting experience, glass of seasonal wine, picnic lunch or food and cheese pairings outside. Wines, foods and cheeses offered change regularly to ensure a unique experience with each visit.

In addition to tasting new vintages and limited release wines, guests can comfortably browse through JUSTIN's various wine selections and products in a brand new retail area, or tour the winery, the JUSTIN wine caves and the dramatic ISOSCELES Library located 120 feet underground. The Tasting Room is open daily at 10:00AM with the last tasting at 4:30PM.

The award-winning Restaurant at JUSTIN has been reoriented from its original location to face to the northern and western vineyards, taking full advantage of the estate views. Large, stacking glass doors allow for the dining room to spill out onto the restaurant patios. Perfect for an intimate dinner for two, but also able to accommodate a party of forty, the Restaurant features world-class cuisine and leaves no detail spared. Exquisite chinaware, stemware and flatware have been selected along with 100% Egyptian Cotton Frette table linens to complete the elegant fine dining experience.

JUSTIN's talented Executive Chef Will Torres uses only fresh, local ingredients from neighboring farmers' markets and regional purveyors in his newly designed kitchen. Now offering Friday and Saturday a la carte lunches and Sunday brunch, Chef Will has created the ultimate wine and food journey. In the evening, three, five and eight course dinners will be offered alongside an award-winning wine list offering selections from around the world and library wines from the JUSTIN cellar. Guests can choose from rare First-Growth Bordeaux or Vintage Champagnes, or select the optional course-by-course wine pairings featuring current releases and limited production JUSTIN wines.

The JUST Inn Suites are an ultra-premium expression of Paso Robles countryside. Each of the three luxury suites, named for three of JUSTIN's proprietary wines (ISOSCELES, JUSTIFICATION and SAVANT), is a blend of the style, sophistication and natural beauty that is offered by the surrounding estate. The suites have been remodeled to evoke the same understated elegance as the Tasting Room and Restaurant. New furniture pieces in walnut and sumptuous fabrics were custom designed for the units, which feature a separate bedroom with a desk and wardrobe, a living room with comfortable modular seating and a well-appointed bathroom. First-class amenities include Tempur-Pedic® mattresses, Frette down duvets and pillows, bed linens and towels, hydro-spa bathtubs, C.O. Bigelow lavender and peppermint toiletries, as well as a wine refrigerator, coffeemaker, flat screen television and wood-burning fireplace. Contemporary art pieces, some of which were specially commissioned for The JUST Inn Suites, adorn the walls of each of the suites.

The ISOSCELES Suite, the namesake of JUSTIN's most iconic wine, is 1,200 sq. ft. and includes a king size Tempur-Pedic® bed in the master bedroom, as well as a queen size sofa bed in the living area along with a dining area and small kitchenette. The JUSTIFICATION and SAVANT Suites are each 600 sq. ft., with JUSTIFICATION boasting a walk-out balcony overlooking the estate vineyard. Both suites feature queen size guest beds. Each overnight stay at the JUST Inn Suites includes complimentary breakfast and a tour of the winery and caves. Concierge services are available for guests of the Inn and Restaurant and include a hosted afternoon tea service from 4:00PM – 6:00PM daily.
