Each guest is paired with a dedicated GEM (Guest Experience Manager)—a personal concierge who curates bespoke itineraries, secures exclusive reservations, arranges excursions, and ensures every detail is in place before arrival. Guests can enhance their experience with private sandbar charters, in-home chefs, guided fishing trips, and wellness offerings. GEMs can also coordinate stocked kitchens or curated menus for intimate dinners at home or sunset cocktail hours.
