La Mamounia Chef Rachid Agouray to Cook at Beau-Rivage Palace
Chef Agouray, the Executive Chef at Le Marocain restaurant at Marrakech's famed La Mamounia hotel, fuses traditional and modern Moroccan cuisine. Café Beau-Rivage's kitchen will be transformed into a flurry of tagines, couscous and spices.

"The team at Café Beau-Rivage is delighted to welcome Chef Agouray and his talents," says Café Beau-Rivage's Executive Chef Olivier Gerber. "There is nothing like learning from someone who is passionate and experienced in their craft; this is an exciting foray for us."

The gastronomic collaboration will be a week-long event from July 6th to July 14th. A few dish highlights include Lobster Pastille with Red Bell Pepper Coulis and Argan Oil, Atlantic Sea Bass Stuffed with Tafilalet Dates accompanied by Small Onions and Cardamom-Scented Rice, and Lamb Shoulder Confit. The Café's chic yet relaxed atmosphere complements its naturally beautiful surroundings, and is open from noon to 11:30pm daily.
