La Mamounia Launches Signature Wine Experience
Carefully developed by Manuel Schott, the hotel's Head Sommelier and Jacques Poulain, Producer at La Ferme Rouge Winery in Had Brachoua, Rommani, the custom blend is 94% Syrah and 6% Viognier, and is described as “expressive and seductive” and one that will “thrill wine connoisseurs with its bold flavor”.

La Mamounia commissioned one of the most esteemed painters of Morocco, Hassan El Glaoui, to sign and label a portion of the 600 bottles. Icône is available now and only sold by the bottle at La Mamounia retailing at $141 USD (1,200 MAD) per bottle.

For the full La Mamounia experience, guests may choose to indulge in the Wine Experience Package which leads in at $3,280 USD per night and includes:

• Wine cellar visit and tasting with Chef Sommelier
• A wine bottle of limited time, Icône, in an elegant setting will be offered to guests at the end of the wine tasting
• A la carte dinner at Le Marocain (excluding beverages)
• Round trip transfers from Marrakech Airport
• 30 minutes relaxing massage upon arrival
• Daily buffet breakfast
