Anegada, a flat island located north of Virgin Gorda, is home to the best Caribbean lobster. Local BVI fishermen, experts in navigating the local waters, catch the lobster one at a time without traps which ensure better tasting lobster meat. Rosewood Little Dix Bay Executive Chef Hemant Dadlani coordinates a meet and greet with local lobstermen every first and third Saturday from November 2011 through July 2012 so guests have the opportunity to select their own lobster for dinner. A special lobster dinner buffet is available every Saturday night in the Pavilion Restaurant with culinary delights such as Lobster Bisque, Lobster Risotto, Lobster Bloody Mary and Grilled Anegada Lobster Tail.

Guests of the resort can enjoy the Annual Lobster Festival with special menus, the option to select their own lobster and experience the NEW Lobster Meal Plan. For those that want lobster all day, the new Lobster Meal Plan includes breakfast, lunch and dinner.
