Four Seasons Resort Vail (pictured above) – For the ultimate foodie excursion, Four Seasons Resort Vail has partnered with Mercedes to develop the Mushroom & Mercedes Experience. After an introduction to the art of hunting for the area's wild varieties, foragers hop in a Mercedes SUV and head up to the creek. There they are greeted with glasses of white wine and begin to search for the area's colorful indigenous mushrooms. A gourmet picnic lunch is served mountainside after the hunt is complete and upon returning to the hotel, hunters pass off mushrooms to the resort's culinary team. In the evening, guests join an interactive lesson on how to use their bounty before sitting down to a three-course group dinner. The Mushroom & Mercedes experiences starts at $350 per couple or $150 per individual.

Four Seasons Resort Jackson Hole - One of the best ways to get acquainted with the unspoiled natural wilderness surrounding Four Seasons Resort Jackson Hole is to embark on a Wildlife Safari this summer. These intimate tours, limited to just five guests, are led by Tenley Thompson, the resort's on-site wildlife biologist. The customized, four-hour expedition leads guests into Grand Teton National Park, the Bridger Teton National Forest and the National Elk Refuge, where guests travel in a Mercedes SUV equipped with Swarovski spotting scopes, Brunton binoculars and gourmet provisions prepared by the Resort's chefs. The two-night Wildlife Safari Package starts at $440.
