Luxury Destination Club Quintess Offers New Adventures

Luxury Destination Club Quintess Offers New Adventures
Well, whether it was already in there or not, wild animal sounds can be added to the repertoire of things you might experience on a high-end trip. One luxury destination club has been listening to its members and added some options that include new novel adventures as well as some old favorites. Quintess has recently launched the Quintess Beyond program plus announced a partnership with the Ritz-Carlton to open up new properties to members.

In the 2010 Member Survey, nearly 40 percent of all participating members ranked a South African game lodge as their top exotic destination. Quintess listens to it's members and are now delighted to offer two extraordinary safari excursions, one in South Africa and one in Kenya. These customized itineraries have travelers staying in the most luxurious private lodges and camps in some of the world's most breathtaking destinations. Each day is filled with new adventures, all perfectly suited for the entire family.

Cape Town aerial view

From the vibrant activity of the cosmopolitan Cape Town to the pristine wilderness of the bush areas, South Africa's spectacular scenery is ever-changing and never-ending. The 10-night tour of the country includes four nights at the chic One&Only Cape Town hotel, and three nights each at the exemplary Kwandwe Private Game Reserve and Tswalu Private Game Reserve. While in Cape Town, travelers are provided a personal driver and car so they can easily maneuver to the sites they want to see the most. Spend a day in the Cape Winelands sipping and savoring the tastes of South Africa; drive around the Cape of Good Hope and celebrate the day with sundowners at one of the beaches along the way back; visit the markets and museums in the city center; the choice are limitless and entirely customizable! Children love the “Mother City” as well: cable car trips to Table Mountain, the aquarium at the Waterfront, picnicking in Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, or watching the playful penguins at Boulder Beach. Then, travelers head into the wild, where they are welcomed by the exquisite hospitality at Kwandwe and Tswalu Kalahari. Twice-daily game drives in open-sided vehicles, walking and horseback safaris, night tracking and more put the traveler in the center of the animal kingdom like never before.

The kiddos are also in for a real treat. All of the various lodges have children's programs where they get to learn about tracking animals and cooking for themselves, among other things. These programs give the children insight into the safari life and introduces them to local skills and culture, all the while teaching them about life in Africa.

The Ritz-Carlton Club Vail
