All of the bounty is found in gardens and orchards located throughout the property, and after guests collect their desired ingredients, they return to the bar at Farm (one of several on-site dining options) and receive a personal lesson from the property's head bartender on how to create a signature cocktail.

The new mixology experience is just one example of the property's culinary experiences. The Carneros Inn's culinary team relies heavily on local, organic and sustainably raised ingredients, but they also heavily utilize ingredients directly from the property's chef gardens which are quite impressive. The culinary venues on-site include FARM, Boonfly Café and Hilltop Dining Room.

Four Seasons Resort & Residences Vail

Four Seasons Resort & Residences Vail

Four Seasons Resort & Residences Vail is a luxury mountain retreat ideally situated at the main entry to Vail Village, a short walk from the base of Vail Mountain. The resort's signature restaurant, Flame, utilizes fresh ingredients grown in the chef's personal garden just behind the hotel. The chef uses the garden to grow organic produce for the restaurant. The garden is also used by the spa, which uses fresh herbs for its “scrubs and cocktails” experience.
