The three bedrooms are vast, with amazing views and luxurious appointments. There is a private theater, a game room with billiard table, an indoor garden, and a terrace high above the city. The windows soar more than 22 feet high with breathtaking sunsets.

The experience does not end there; the Penthouse comes with a selection of chauffeured daytrips. This includes a day in Boston, or to the White Mountains and the Coast of New Hampshire, or a day at a private lake house on Lake Winnipesaukee. The experience features a customized stay and might even include a personal executive chef preparing the meals.

Once the home to a local industrialist and philanthropist, the Penthouse in the Sky was built in the space once inhabited by the High Five Restaurant. Some 15 years ago – the space was completely renovated, hiring an internationally known architectural and design team to equip it with the finest appointments and furnishings.
