Mallorca's Castell Son Claret opens its doors to the Luxury of Silence
Mallorca welcomes a new jewel to the island as this painstakingly restored 325 acre estate opens to the public for the first time. An extraordinary sanctuary, located in the midst of breathtaking purity, nature and beauty, Castell Son Claret provides guests with an experience best defined by luxury, quality, relaxation and recuperation and is protected by the Tramuntana mountain range, designated in 2011 by UNESCO as a world-natural-heritage site.

Castell Son Claret has attracted renowned culinary chef Fernando Perez Arellano from Madrid and creator of the Michelin-starred restaurant, Zaranda who has relocated his restaurant team behind the castle walls. Bookings will be taken from Friday 10 May.

Owners Klaus-Michael Kühne and his wife Christine placed great emphasis in lovingly restoring the 18th Century historical castle and the surrounding stables and guardhouses in intricate detail, preserving the intimacy of the original splendour of the estate and the vast gardens.

The holistic approach is also reflected at Bellesa de Claret Spa, which bases its treatments on a four-pillar philosphy of “Inner and Outer Glow” to rebalance and restore guest's mental and physical wellbeing. The Spa is complete with indoor and outdoor pool, Hamman and a variety of treatment rooms. Guests can also indulge in expertly crafted massages under the “Pocos Nuvols” (outdoor tents).

Castell Son Claret is now open. It is what it is. The Luxury of Silence.

Castell Son Claret is a member of The Leading Hotels of the World.
